If G-Tech Innovation, inc. makes changes to the Terms, G-Tech Innovation, inc. will provide notice of such changes by posting the modified Terms on the Application or by sending you a notification. Termination
G-Tech Innovation, inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Application, or your use of all or a portion of the Application, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the U.S. AAA.
